Is there something wrong with me? For a few months now everything I eat tastes bad. Either it is too salty or the food needs salt or flavouring.
No matter what I try to eat, takeaways, moms cooking, fresh fruit and vegetables, tinned food and even chocolates, I seem to find fault with everything I eat. I usually force the food down because I need to build up my iron and vitamin intake but afterwards I feel nauseous and totally disappointed with my meal or snack.
It has been ages since I last actually enjoyed what I ate. I have no stress while eating and the environment is pleasant and peaceful it is the food which I find displeasing. If it does taste bland then the texture is too hard or too soft.
I have come to a point where I don’t feel like eating anything😦
